Our emulsion polymerization system has a high-shear emulsion tank with heating and cooling capabilities. The emulsion tank feeds two sealed polymer reactors with automated catalyst injection and heating and cooling systems. The entire process is protected by a negative pressure vapor recovery scrubber system. The two reactor system with semi-automatic packaging allows for continuous production. For custom product design and development, our lab is equipped with laboratory and pilot emulsion tanks and polymer reactors.
